Transfer pricing

Transfer pricing is related with intra-firm trade.

Transfer pricing is the price paid by a firm for a good or service while purchasing it from a related entity. It refers to the setting, analysis, documentation, and adjustment of charges made between related parties for goods, services, or use of property (including intangible property). For example, when Suzuki Motor Corporation India is purchasing a component from Suzuki Motors Japan, the price of that component comes under transfer pricing norm.
