The Startup Action Plan declared by the Government on 16th January 2016 launched several supporting measures for startups including simplifying existing laws for startups. Tax incentives, liberalization of environmental norms, labour laws, incorporation norms etc. were given. Similarly, several fund support arrangements were also made by the government to promote startups.
